What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, the best aspects of PIMworks are its ability to instantly syndicate product data and catalog data to multiple channels simultaneously. Also, there is a 2-way synchronization, meaning we can transfer data from channels to PIMworks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not have any specific areas of concern with PIMworks. Everything is working fine, and I hope it continues to do so.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see a feature where we can know which images are stored for which channel.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to reach out to more users, and at the same time we were able to easily centralize all our product data
