What are the best aspects of this product?

Things with PingPlotter is so easy to figure out. I love its ability to check our Internet's overall performance and determine the root cause of specific issues coming from our ISP providers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot help but notice that the user interface of the program looks obsolete. The design can be upgraded to make it look more appealing. Also, extending the free trial run would be nice as well.
