What are the best aspects of this product?
Very friendly UI, that is why employees love it so much. It helps us relay recurring connection issues with our ISP provider by sharing the graphs and reports through email communication. We're also lucky to be getting an overwhelming amount of support from the staff of PingPlotter.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Things are smooth sailing most of the time, so I can't think of anything to complain about.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Working on a remote setup can be challenging, especially when things don't go according to your plan. I have PingPlotter to gather all the data that I need to present as proof of latency to my provider. I've noticed that they take me more seriously this time.
