What are the best aspects of this product?

PingPlotter, for me, is a reliable tool for us to determine what causes our internet to be unstable at specific intervals. We get to discover data packet issues that cause lines to become static and connectivity to slow down. That is why we are thankful for PingPlotter because it helps us solve problems fast enough to keep the business going.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be much appreciated if PingPlotter can give us additional information on how long an outage lasts. This is very important because it allows us to develop a backup plan that would not compromise the business.
