What are the best aspects of this product?

We took our time to look for a product that can help us deliver our clients' basic needs. It's a good thing that someone recommended us to try out what PingPlotter can bring in to the table. This is for small to large enterprises that solely rely on the Internet's power to operate their business. This tool helps monitor Internet speed, latency, and system/network issues that can cause a significant income loss if the problem is missed early onset.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Resolving a hostname could be done, but we have to do it manually and not automatically. This process requires a little bit of effort, though, on our end, and sometimes it can be overwhelming, especially if you have to check a hundred IPs all at the same time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Data Packet loss issues do not frequently occur anymore because they could trace the problem's root cause. We are thankful for all the insights that the graphic reports that PingPlotter has been consistently providing us for the last two years.
