What are the best aspects of this product?
We no longer have to keep wondering what went wrong with our Internet Connection and keep calling our provider. With PingPlotter, it's easy for us to pinpoint what went wrong and the factors affecting our VOIP connectivity. Now I can give my provider complete information that would be beneficial in troubleshooting the main issue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had some challenges in deciphering the graphic reports because it was my first time using PingPlotter. But I was able to learn fast, so everything is okay.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to significantly improve the services that we are giving to our clients through better VOIP connections. I am happy that changing providers is no longer an option.
