What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been looking for a perfect tool that can help us monitor a list of IP addresses and determine whether if it's working well or not. The good thing is that PingPlotter is shareable across the different departments; that is why the tasks of monitoring links have been easier for our team. We highly rely on VOIP to communicate with our overseas clients; that is why we cannot afford to lose a connection even for just one or two days.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the downsides of using PingPlotter is that the program's settings get affected or go back into default once you restart the PC where it is installed initially. I always personalize the features and services to make things easier for me, but it can be a hassle to do things from scratch.

PingPlotter, in general, gives our support and leadership team more peace of mind and confidence that things will go smoothly at work. It’s the capability to provide full monitoring support to all link statuses that we are all thankful for.
