Rather than complaining directly to my ISP provider PingPlotter helps me diagnose minor issues first. Then for more significant problems, I have a way to send screenshots of the data we collected.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The use of PingPlotter gives us consumers the capability to collect proof of what our systems and users are going through. We also have more than enough data to present to our providers whenever something goes wrong with Internet performance.
