What are the best aspects of this product?

PingPlotter is an excellent investment to help our employees maximize their round the clock operations by keeping a close watch on all data links. If there’s an IP address that is working slow, you can input it through PingPlotter, and you would be able to generate reports in just a few hours. With this tool, we now seldom experience downtimes, which is why we can gain more good-paying clients for the past months.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am happy that I am using PingPlotter to help eliminate latency issues. We need to extract additional information regarding all work-related assets. We are currently using a different tool for that. I wish that PingPlotter would have the ability to stop running links that are not working correctly to avoid causing more significant problems in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to oversee the performance of data links in other offices is beneficial in ensuring that we can meet and exceed our clients' demands.
