What are the best aspects of this product?
We tried out many CRM apps but found some to be too complicated, while some needed too much data entry. Pipeline Deals turned out to be the right match for us as it is easy to use. For data entry, we use the Contact Importer for Chrome and Outlook plugin features. Another plus point is the superior customer support. While other CRM companies tell you to use the knowledge base, Pipeline Deals offers live phone, live chat, and email support. We are also encouraged to use Pipeline Deals because of this excellent customer service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few minor glitches: recurring tasks cannot be created quarterly and there is no Hubspot integration, but the Zapier integration works well. Plus, the mobile app can be a little slow to pick up updates.

We use it for CRM, and to manage contacts with our clients and prospects in a more systematic and organized way. The app ensures we do not miss anybody.
