What are the best aspects of this product?
The software is well organized and helps me in organizing my schedule and my team’s schedule as well. I can add different tasks, check list, and I can make appointments to keep my team organized. I can also see other team’s schedule so I can keep everyone busy. In addition, I can keep my personal schedule and other employees can see whether I’m booked for that day or if I am able to fit in another appointment.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some issues with this software they need to work on, such as: when I put an address it doesn’t save the mailbox number or it doesn’t show the address when you type the name of the user, so I have to spend some time to enter the city, state, zip code or even the country.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The software helps us to find solutions to the problems, and to keep our customers informed when we have leads or promotions. We can keep track of the sent proposals, so when a client calls and says that he/she didn’t receive the proposal we can easily check if the estimator had sent the mail and to inform them to look into their spam folders to find our mail. When we have all information in one place we can easily sell more jobs.
