What are the best aspects of this product?
This is one of the most useful CRM system I have ever used. My team use this software to stay in touch with our customers and to keep track of their progresses and to find solutions or even potential deals. We love the reports we get in the morning, showing us the previous activities on the CRM. What’s more, Pipeline allows me to track every progress of my team and how they are doing during the daily tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think, Pipeline need to make integration with Zendesk, the API doesn’t integrate with that easily, and because of this we didn’t want to pay extra money for using this software. However, we can use these 2 products separately in the same time, but in the future we are going to need integration with Zendesk if we continue to use Pipeline.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Pipeline Deals, helps us to understand better our prospects and gives us many leads. Thanks to this software we can accurately forecast future expectations. Also, I can track who is updating deals on the site, and as administrator I’m allowed to send report to the business owners.
