What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the ability to make calendar invites directly in Outlook and the invites are automatically saved in Pipeline and vice versa. I can keep my customers engaged thanks to the customer relationship management. Also, I can easily find every information I need in the Pipeline page within customers group. I love how all the features makes my work run easily without any effort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d say that I needed some time to learn how to run this platform. They need to provide us with better tutorial so the user can find the things and options they really need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can find information quickly and easily. Saves time and money with calendars, paperwork and etc. Thanks to its mobile app I don’t need to spend more time on computer, so I can keep track of my business progress anywhere.
