What are the best aspects of this product?
Pipeline deals is one of the easiest and simplest CRM system on the market today. Within my team we use Pipeline with minimal training because every option of the software is easy to learn and to put into use immediately. What’s most important, its amazing integrations makes the work simpler and provides automate correspondence with my clients and prospects. Their customer support service is fantastic, whenever I have issues they would help me immediately and provide me with fast solutions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, the price should be more flexible when there are more users active. Also, it would be great if they can make more integrations with other software, so we can share data easily. I’d like more control on the reminders for events and tasks, it would be great to see Google calendar features within the Pipeline, because not everyone is using Google Calendar.
