What are the best aspects of this product?

With amazing details and visual analytics, Pipeliner ensures that the sales reps are focused on the key aspects of their sales. It keeps them alert and at the same time, tension-free because it takes care of contacts and calendars too. It addresses to complex sales relationships, contacts and clients to enable you develop better client relationships. I like the social listening tool because it gives an insight to account activities. Integrations such as Office, Google Apps, Outlook, SharePoint, Dropbox and Box etc. have widened our range and given us more convenience. On top of that, the user interface is incredibly simple and even first timers can get used to it in no time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well it has everything I could ask for. mobile apps, offline working options, synchronization options and much more. I don't have any complaints regarding the software because it's something quite unique. Sales reps have greatly benefited from this software and no wonder they would be earning more through it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My sales have boosted. It has given me more options to expand my business. Data analytics and reports have allowed us to focus on key business areas. We follow-up leads through Pipeliner and manage multiple pipelines at once. Since the pipelines are isolated, it gives us more control and saves a lot of time and effort. Setting different sales stages and activities is no more a problem. It also shows us deals that are stuck for any reason so that we can resolve the matter and improve our client relationships. The forecasting feature also gives us possible future insights so that we make more stable and trusted decisions for the future.
