What are the best aspects of this product?

• The system simplicity and user-friendly to both salesmen and manager unlike the other CRM
• the ability of the system to integrate artificial and human intelligence and provide useful information for sales manager on how best he/she can improve his sales team
• Fast capability of transferring data from the web to this CRM with excellent perfection
• Easy to incorporate into other Enterprises Resources Planning (ERP)
• Not need of administrator to run the system hence low running costs
• Investment cost is less compared to another CRM
• Easy to install and quick to use
• Easy to access using multiple devices i.e. smartphones, tablet, computer or cloud

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The downside of using Pipeliner CRM is that it will keep you working all the time because the system never sleeps, because Using intelligent algorithms Pipeliner Voyager guides and informs salespeople and sales managers by selecting and presenting key indicators that identify actions needed to be taken, areas that need attention as well as providing an early warning system on the health of opportunities in the pipeline.

this product should allow intergartion of leads from Twitter and Whastapp
