What are the best aspects of this product?

Pipeliner has been designed by sales people so it's fast and interactive. I think it's probably the most visual CRM available right now. It lets you focus on work and does all the other necessary jobs itself. It took me three days to download CRMS and to get their demo versions. I couldn't approve any of them until I found Pipeliner. It had everything I was looking for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every couple of weeks, new features are being introduced. This is why it may become saturated after a while. A lot of features can be confusing at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's highly visual so everything becomes a lot more transparent and clearer. It presents things in a way no other software does and the fact that it can be customized, makes it a usable software for almost any company size.
