What are the best aspects of this product?

Easier to use;-, learn very fast, You can be able to customise the product the way you would like your company to perform The product can be used by anybody hence the cost of administration is reduced to the satisfactory of the user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only the initial setup is abit proble,atic but all other asoects is great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The sales were able to be customised into one unit thus reducing the burden of travelling to bring the sales report by the representative as this was done by one click of the email and there the report is with the sale manager, hence the sale rep is able to concentrate with his or her work without worrying when the report will be delivered.
