What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the UI and Mobile apps. It's very easy to administer and offers an automatizer feature which is really impressive. Th navigator is a unique concept.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
SOme advance level customisations to product can be improvised. But, it's not that they are not possible , just the new features are evolving.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A 360 degree application with Sales, Service and Marketing Automation in single platform with low-code process capabilities
