What are the best aspects of this product?
1. Buying center and organizations chart, gives you an instant grasp on who is influencing an opportunity, which helps to show cooperate hierarchy something that other CRM doesn't have until you buy plug in from the third parties.
2. Pipeliner view is different from other CRM, as not every client would like to see data in the way they do.
3. Reporting capability, which allows you to customize your reports, as most of the other system has really tough time giving you the power to customize report the way you want and make it easy same time.
4. Built-in report, in Pipeliner every function is well documented with a lot of resources and defined with photograph and step by step instructions and this helps to improves the effectiveness of user training
5. Sales velocity, in order to be profitable a sale must move through the sales process in a timely manner, in order to keep a clear view of your opportunities, you must know how long they are taking to close and how each sale is taking in each sales stage
6. Email integration, Pipeliner CRM includes full email integration from within the application. In the past email integration with CRM has often been problematic. But with Pipeliner virtually email integration is possible and email can be seen, respond and stored within CRM
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing serious just trial period just need to be extended at least up to 30 days period
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Biggest concern for me is trial period i think it should be extended
