It has allowed technology to take its place in sales which allows sales representatives and the marketing department to achieve the set targets and objectives.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Pipeliner CRM has a lot of features that may require some time for people to be conversant with them. It may also require the trainers to be close with the trainees for them to understand them.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see the pipeliner integrated with various social media platforms in an attempt to ease the work of the sales representatives.
