What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that the Pipeliner CRM system is interconnected and has unique features that will benefit users to work across the spectrum using unique tools. Its tools are designed to executive precise services to the users and it's features are easy to find and make use of. The idea that Sales can be improved greatly with the help of AI and also to know that Pipeliner CRM provides the framework to organize customer data effectively, revealing customer insight, and the ability to use that information to leverage customer activity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The downsides can be consider as Pipeliner CRM should increase or arrange some individual trainings on initial basis to attract more customers in this way users would get attracted toward buying Pipeliner CRM after covering trial version. Further, it could be security and data protection issues with centralized data. Traditional CRM projects were seen as data transference projects, with an eye to utilizing information. These projects were not viewed in the proper context of basic cultural and communication change and certainly not considered from the perspective of the value proposition for users of the system.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Linking Accounts, Contacts, and Leads/Opportunities is a fabulous feature in Pipeliner. The reporting on these relationships does not exist. We had to create custom fields (staff has to type data in) to be able to report which accounts and contacts were associated with lead/opportunity. Even though you can see them linked together in each detail screen, you cannot see these connections in reports or views. I wish to see this feature in future version of this product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As we will start getting leads through CRM then it would be more understanding towards solutions, though Pipeliner CRM is great platform to increase prospects to customer leads, converting leads into potential customer, though, it is beneficial to increase your business. I am currently on training, I have not been using pipeliner for problem-solving purposes yet but I see a lot of potentials. Pipeliner would solve integration issues for CMR uses, it will also facilitate collaboration amongst teams working for the same projects or companies.
