What are the best aspects of this product?

It is user friendly and requires no IT administrator.
It has the customization option to fit any kind of business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not encountered any aspects that are in any way problematic. It works just great!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I believe they have everything covered. I cant think of anything else I would like to see in future. Maybe as time goes on, I will. But for now I am satisfied with its features and services.
