1. cost effective. i.e spend less and get much more
2. very easy to use and does not need a dedicated admin, a newbie can learn everything about it in less than 5 hours.
3. It has an instant visualization that gives people faster and more accurate information.
4. it has an embedded learning tools which helps to reduce support issues for at least 60%.

I would like to see a feature that can send bulk sms to mobile phones and not only emails.

It has helped sales people to control and track their own sales and to see if the have enough opportunities in the Pipeliner to make their quotes.
It also helps the sales mangers monitor sales, facilitate mentoring and coaching, identifying strengths and challenges of individual reps, and streamline the sales process to make it more efficient. They also use the Pipeline to analyze sales, create forecasts and asses risk.
