What are the best aspects of this product?
It's been a year since I have been using Pipeliner and I must say it has been a good experience. It's a simple, clean interface which gives me more possibilities to update and look for opportunities to expand. I can monitor the most important aspect of the work flow. it helps analyze whether we are lagging behind or not. Although I don't know much about software specifications but by looking at the interface and representation, I can say that the software has been smartly designed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few tools that takes time and effort to integrate. For instance, Sharpspring and MailChimp took time for setting up. However, it's not the software I will blame about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I seek for regular visibility in our business processes and workflow. With Pipeliner, it has becomes quite convenient for me to do that. We spend a lot on marketing so there's always an element of risk attached. Therefore, it is important for us to be aware of each and every little happenings in the pipelines.
