What are the best aspects of this product?
It's the best CRM software I have used so far. It defines a process workflow like no other app. Hence it eases the work for our sales team. It seems like it has been designed b a salesperson. We are therefore widening it's use for other management operations as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some functionalities such as emails and templates should be added. Calendar synchronization should be added and considering how well Pipeliner has facilitated the users, these features can be expected to appear soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We manage our sales system through Pipeliner. Lead generation and account management is also a major part of our operations with Pipeliner. The interface is great and we can safely say that it's the best CRM platform we have used up till now.
