The visual features of Pipeliner make it so easy to use. Color codes, flags and steps make managing the pipeline easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The onboarding process requires some dedicated time to get templates set up. This is industry specific and is a necessity to make the pipeline work like it should. Once the back end paramaters are set, managing the pipeline is easy.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to quickly add a picture of the new prospect and have dialogue within the mobile apps.
