What are the best aspects of this product?

*Usage is very engaging for account managers and sales organization as a whole.
* Navigation - amazing visual business views to guide business analysi
* Reporting - easy to customize reports in minutes that you can save.
*Color coding to track all deals and activities
* Integration with over 200 3rd party applications
* Onboarding - as few as 3-5 hours for sales and no more than 5 hours for Admin
* Less Admin Requirement than Competitors
* The email/attachment functionality is awesome!
* Aligns to Your Business Processes
*Mobility - what you can do with Pipeliner CRM you can do in a mobile environment

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this time, nothing is missing. Continue to expand 3rd party integration as you are doing. Auto-populate anything that needs it. You already listen to customers very well and act on their needs - keep up the great work in this area!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Anything that reduces manual entry by the sales team. Time is money so serving more clients is key.

Overall managing the sales business in a broader functional manner. Visibility into the opportunities and the details that need to be completed to close.
