What are the best aspects of this product?

I would say the Navigator feature. The dashboard too has everything you need to see where you are with your current process so it gives you better decision making abilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are limitations with the mobile app. I haven't really been able to understand it like I did with the web app.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The visual engagement is one great thing about this software and you get to analyze your sales with a lot more details. The navigator is also a great addition. It's these amazing features that have made Pipeliner a highly recommended software for sales businesses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can't really say for now but from the look of things we won't be wasting resources on leads which are not productive. And also understanding and designing specific sales processes which suits our organisation.
