PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pipeliner CRM is very easy to use. It has different views that suit individual preferences. The sales forecasting tool and account management is superb

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I have not encountered any particular problem using Pipeliner.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The whitepaper feature that has been recently introduced in the CRM is one of the features that was missing.
