What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect of Pipeliner CRM for me is the ability to customize sales reports in as many ways as possible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think it would be great to be able to send emails directly in-app without redirecting to Outlook. But I think this is already possible. I've not been using the email feature a lot.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I love the addition of the new automation feature. I'd love to see integration with website forms. That is, as someone fills up a form on our website, Pipeliner takes up their details and creates an opportunity.
