What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the Pipeliner Voyager an intelligent feature that informs salespeople and sales managers by selecting and presenting key indicators that identify actions needed to be taken, areas that need attention as well as providing an early warning system on the health of opportunities in the pipeline.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting feature in the mobile app could be same as that in desktop app
