What are the best aspects of this product?

We found that Pipeliner fit better to our business needs as compared to the previous CRM software. We are not direct sellers and were looking for more sales partners. With Pipeliner, we got that. It fits our budget nicely and for me the Visual sales is the best feature in this app. Multiple pipelines and customization options add more value to it. Tracking has enabled us to generate reports more effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a requirement of Outlook integration. We need to send emails and the fact that we cannot create email template takes a lot of our time. Also, we are unable to use a percentage for price calculation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We required a visual CRM and we got it through Pipeliner. Previously, we had a a lot of problem with lead generation but with Pipeliner, it's not a problem anymore. We have 150 leads each for 3 sales.
