Inaccurate data

What are the best aspects of this product?

Has a lot of investment information for companies which isn't available anywhere else.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Data is highly inaccurate. They appear to get a lot of their data from company websites and blogs, which makes their service useless for due diligence. Also, they don't seem to want my business. I signed up for a free trial as I was doing due diligence on investors, and they said they would get back to me with the trial details but they never did. Perhaps they only give the free trial to investors?

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Only use verified data, or at least point out where data has not been verified.
