What are the best aspects of this product?
It is great that everything is in one place, both on a desktop computer and on a tablet. Dispatchers, managers and field employees have everything: GPS tracking, work status, CRM, billing and invoicing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be to optimize Planado app with weak devices. On weak phones and tablets, the battery charge is consumed very quickly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see an internal chat function between employees and the ability to create
a knowledge base.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I worked as an assistant director for a window installation company for one year and that's when I became acquainted with this solution. Before the introduction of Planado, all management and control of employees was quite archaic and changes were needed to keep the company afloat. We increased employee efficiency by 20%, which helped us increase our profits and avoid layoffs.
