What are the best aspects of this product?

We have a local food delivery service and were looking for an app to manage our couriers. Planado has made many daily tasks such as scheduling, communicating with couriers and reporting, a lot easier. The app has an easy-to-use interface even though there's a lot of functionality. It’s also great to have all the crucial statistics at hand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a couple of issues when we tried to integrate Planado with our custom order management system, so it took a bit longer than we expected. But the support team was very helpful in that regard, so everything ended well. Besides, they have recently added Zapier integrations, which will probably solve integration issues for most business users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were looking for a solution with which we can quickly build routes, distribute jobs, send notifications to customers and monitor the delivery process. Planado met all of these requirements and was affordable in terms of budget.
