What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how intuitive PlanGrid is. Because of that, I can learn how to use its various tools and functions by myself. This is even complemented by a sophisticated UI that makes it easy for me to move between drawings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing much to dislike about PlanGrid since its markup abilities are top-notch as well as its drawing connections.
