Fast and easy to get information between the office and the field

What are the best aspects of this product?

PlanGrid lets even our guys in the field access the most up to date information without the need for them to need an internet connections, flag areas for RFI and link RFIs to drawings, speeding up the process of posting revisions and makes it simple for everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The office side is lacking right now. The RFI and Submittal process is very basic and generally doesn't cover my needs. The take-off side/counting is also lacking compared to others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has increased the speed and ease with getting information from the office to guys in the field, even if it is not so much as a one stop shop for the office.
