Lets me access the most current documents all the time

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like PlanGrid's offline access feature, its speed in opening pages, and a relatively clear UI that makes it a breeze to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pricing keeps increasing and they recently got rid of free web accounts with no warning. If your invoiced account runs out in the middle of a project, you lose all access to your documents until you get it updated, which is a great inconvenience for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lets me access the most current documents with me at all times. It has taken away subcontractor excuses for not having the RFI-posted documents
