PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing PlanGrid has done for us is to organize our plans because it lets us attach labels and multimedia content to them. It has also simplified our property maintenance tasks because we can filter actions speedily. This has let us go through our checklists rapidly and create comprehensive reports quickly so that we can deal with incidents promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing I do not like about PlanGrid is how it makes it difficult for users to modify plans that have been superimposed upon. We only use this to make comparisons now because it is not user-friendly. Also, the communication system can get an upgrade because so far there is no chatting function that lets us contact our contractors directly from the system. On top of it all, the platform is not adapted to mobile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanGrid has made our inventory management more accurate and has helped us find and retain the best people for our projects. It has enabled us to handle payments easily as well because of the availability of billing information on the software. PlanGrid has been advantageous in our reporting too because of the complete information it provides.
