PlanGrid is a helpful software to have for construction professionals

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best feature of PlanGrid is its offline mode that lets us work on plans without internet. This is really helpful because some of our sites are located in places without internet. It's also great that they allow several people to work on projects at the same time so that we can finish our tasks faster. I also enjoy its function for adding notes and comments on certain parts of the project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our team finds the budget monitoring and labor costs tracking to be lackluster. Contract management and quality control checklists are also flawed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have resolved many challenges from quality control to documentation using PlanGrid. Using this, we have made our clients more satisfied with our work. Best of all, we can generate reports that include photos so we have more comprehensive information to work with.
