What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about PlanGrid is its capability to work offline. Other than that, it has a great reporting suite. It even lets us attach additional information in the form of photos and drawings. Aside from these things, we like how PlanGrid helps us keep track of our quality control checklists.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

PlanGrid has steep pricing for their plans, which makes it difficult for us to upgrade for more functionalities. We also do not want to upgrade because of slow RFI system, the lack of an integrated CRM, and the absence of trackers for teams and budgets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Overall, PlanGrid is a helpful system that has let us complete our daily tasks without further problems. It has increased our on-site productivity as well, allowing us to complete projects faster. Its hyperlink system has been beneficial too because it has enabled us to connect data in a simple way.
