What are the best aspects of this product?

We are enjoying the synchronization of information when different people work on the same plan. Our employees also like that it is easy to create hyperlinks to connect information since it is automatic. Also, we find it beneficial that we can add more photos, incident lists, and plans for projects. Still, it would be nice if PlanGrid revises its plans because we would like to upgrade ours very much.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When the internet is slow, it is difficult for us to update the planes in every equipment. It is also cumbersome for us to superimpose planes just to compare them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Incident reporting was challenging before we had PlanGrid. Now that we have it, we can generate that, and any kind of report, in a breeze. Also, it was arduous to organize and manage our subcontractors previously but this platform has changed that too.
