What are the best aspects of this product?

Our team enjoys the cloud-based nature of PlanGrid because it lets us collaborate with ease. We like how it lets us drag and drop elements across the plane and how it allows us to add drawings and notes to them too. We are also enjoying the webinars and other online resources because they help us maximize the solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The field sending system is slow and some loose sheets are sent with errors. It has limited RFI functionalities and the fact that it does not let us use our templates is bothersome. On top of it all, it is aggravating that it does not synchronize all connected devices to the cloud.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanGrid has simplified the way we handle residential projects since we can add drawings and as many pages as possible. Because of this, we can work with our partners with ease.
