What are the best aspects of this product?

The biggest advantage of using PlanSource is the accessibility for our staff - from entry to the contact point. I actually realize that our reps are straightforwardly getting the correct data. The most important factor when choosing an advantage process was the rep experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike this stuff. However, the only downside is mainly about the product and process customization because of our action plan, but this is not PlanSource's fault.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanSource has automated our company. I appreciate that it has facilitated the reporting, paying, seeking out new deals and integrating a board case. I am always on top of everything with PlanSource.
