What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hate the search function, you need to be very precise when searching. It must contain other words and we do not always remember them exactly. Also, I turned off the new beta option as I don't even see the effective date and what I'm approving in qualifying events. Some staff wants to take this opportunity to cancel the voluntary benefits instead of only making adjustments to those relevant to the qualifying event. It would be nice if a feature will be included in this section. Enable additions only.
