What are the best aspects of this product?
PlanSource is keeping us updated on the status weekly. They have also helped us a ton and did some work to assist us to operate on the back end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have not yet found something that I'd say I hate. I suppose if you're multi-state and have several different subsets, it may be a little confusing with different models, but that is to be considered normal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are just starting out using PlanSource and we haven't faced any issues yet. For us, it has helped us get a much stronger contact platform for our benefit plans.
