PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how responsive the execution and the support staff. They're solutions-oriented. They really knew their tech both on the front end and the back end. Also, it has enabled us to add all the rules we need in our plans - something that we did not have with the past vendors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing I really dislike. Although, there is just one time where a custom pop-up box we asked had a code in the text section. Resolving it took a few weeks. This was frustrating but the support staff kept us with the update. We just followed it until it was fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanSource effectively reduced manual benefit processing. Honestly, I like that it has simplified reporting, accounting, managing new employees and it has a case management functionality. I'm also on top of everything with it.
