The greatest advantage of using PlanSource is its user-friendliness for our workers - from the app to the call center. I'm sure that our workers professionally get the right information. Worker interaction was the most essential thing for us when considering a benefit channel.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some hard-coded Spanish language was badly translated in the program during open enrollment setup and took several months to address these problems.

PlanSource takes a big stress off the everyday activities of the benefits team - for day-to-day management, like invoice balancing and distribution, to EOI and Life event tracking. It has helped our team to become more involved in strategic benefit conversations.
