The feature that we value most about PlanSource is that we can quickly manage a constantly changing client. Setting up the software out is easier too, and upgrading is easy. We are really happy about it. Staff experience is easy and helps us to be insightful, resulting in a better smartphone experience for staff. None of our previous systems has allowed staff to submit a snapshot of their qualified life event evidence. PlanSource is constantly working to upgrade their software to include the most essential functionalities and partners, and the timeline they make for upgrades means they're taking their time to get everything better. Oftentimes, we encounter features that don't fit from a reseller's point of view than it does with the customer using it directly, but we do have an expert who pays attention to us and deals with us together to come up with a solution.
